History:
Alshrouk co for Tourism Marketing was founded since February 2000 in Egypt as a simple recommendation.
The Saudi Arabia’s branches were established in October 2004 Riyadh and in 2006 in Jeddah.

Management:
The company is totally managed by Egyptians who have the experience and skills due to the fact of being one oldest initiative in the history of Timeshare. Most of the current employees worked together in other companies before Al-Shrouk Company launched its operations in the Egyptian market in 2000. The below is the experience of most of the current employees:
1994-1997 Abu Fotouh real estate.
1997-2000 World Gate Company.
2000 Al-Shrouk Company was established, which later on became one of the highest Timeshare selling in Egypt.
2005 Jeddah branch was established in Saudi Arabia
