Reservation Termes

Please notify the company of any application or cancelation of the reservation through one of the following means:
Fax - E-mail – visiting the company’s office - fill out the booking form online in the customer service’s interface

- Some resorts – available in the directory- provide special meals offers in the hotel resort.  In order to enjoy any of these extra services, you must inform the company when booking and the customer services department.

The internal regulations of each hotel or resort are applicable to all clients and must be adhered to in order to avoid any problem that may happen or to take any corrective action seen by the hotel.
 
It is necessary that each client pay the annual maintenance fees in advance annually and not to delay any due payments before the booking request.

Instructions and Internal Rules for Use

Dear sirs / Owners of time share units   . We   would like to welcome you. To keep the accepted level in your village, we ask you to commit to the following rules:

Receiving   the units will be at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and submittal of the units will be at 10 a.m. .. This is not a disturbance to you and we wish you commit to the appointments.

Filling in the R C card for the reception office on arriving to the village is a necessary and important procedure for security reasons.

Owners of time share units only have the right to prepare food and have it inside the units. Thus, we wish you do not take food to the public places in the village such as the swimming pools or the beaches   ..... etc., there you can ask for that from the restaurants of the village.

The rooms will be cleaned and towels will be changed and the rubbish will be carried out, three times a week. However, washing the dishes and the kitchen utensils is not the responsibility of the broom service.

Accompanying the baby sitters is unwanted matter in the tourist areas. However, if necessary, they should wear the white clothes and not to appear in the public places inside the village like restaurants, the area of the swimming pools, the beach without wearing the white uniform.

Use of swimming pools and the sea will be only by sea clothes and what is called legal shorts is strictly forbidden inside the swimming pools to maintain the public health. We wish you use the shower before getting into the swimming pool. The kids will get into the swimming pools allocated for them under the responsibility of their guardians.

Inside each unit, there is a clothes spreading line and there is also a special laundry inside the village to serve the guests but not free. 'Thus, we wish your honour   will not spread your wet clothes on the balconies as this distorts the beautiful scene of the village.

It is forbidden to tour the village or walk in the public places in the village with night gowns (the thobe is considered a night gowns except the formal uniform of the countries).

A lot of effort   is exerted to keep the gardens and the flowers, so, please, keep off the grass and do not play in the green areas.

It is forbidden to accompany a number that is more than that Allocated   for you inside the units. In such case, the expenses of the extra persons will be collected from you. The baby sitter is considered one of the persons of the number of the persons booked by you.

The management of the village will be in charge of helping to inhabit the customers and try to convince all customers. Thus, we would like to have some flexibility.

It is strictly forbidden to take (She shah or electric grill or coal inside or outside the unit.

It is forbidden to accompany animals or birds inside the village.

Musical instruments are forbidden inside the village

The plastic boats are not allowed in the village

The second party pledges to use the location for the purpose Contracted for and use it quietly. She will not expose it to damage or misuse. In case of any damage (the second party) or anyone of his relatives will pay al necessary expenses to repair the damage and play the compensations for the materialistic and the literary damages that had Been caused by him .also, he pledges to be careful tor the comfort and quietness for his neighbors and not to disturb them.
